Do you speak Chinese?
I speak a little Chinese, but classes are held almost entirely in English.
How can you teach Chinese kids and beginners if you don’t know Chinese?
I use a teaching method called Total Physical Response, or TPR.
TPR is simply over-exaggerated body language. Using this over-the-top body language helps to aid the student’s comprehension, similar to using sign language with a deaf person.
What languages can you speak?
American English is my native language and I have studied a variety of languages. I studied Spanish in school for several years
